Special Operations Warrior Foundation pledges to ensure full college funding to every surviving child of a special operator who loses their life in the line of duty.  We proactively reach out to every eligible family. They do not need to apply for our help.  Additionally, SOWF realizes that one of the most difficult challenges that special operations families may face is the immediate financial burden when their loved ones are hospitalized with severe combat wounds or injuries. We fulfill this need by immediately providing a check to the service member (or his/her designated recipient) so the family and loved ones can be at their bedside.

Therapeutic Tanks was founded in 2016 by Jackson Alonso, an Army Special Operations veteran, operates as a 501(c)(3), tax exempt, non-profit, charitable organization with the goal of providing military veterans suffering from depression or PTSD a useful tool on their road to recovery.  Our program provides in home, complete saltwater aquarium ecosystems and on-going monthly maintenance services, at no cost.  We enable our members to receive in-home treatment they otherwise may not have access to, with no side effects.  Backed by scientific studies, and proven by veterans of OEF/OIF, in home saltwater aquarium systems are an additional tool to help common problems such as trouble sleeping, controlling anxiety, and managing stress.​
